If you click "details" on any item, a window appears that shows all of the information for that mail piece including the date it was sent, the date it was delivered, and the tracking number. You also see links to the signature image on the return receipt electronic, the delivery information report, the proof of acceptance, and a delivery document. When you click on any of these links you'll see the corresponding PDF file. Note that all delivery information including downloadable PDF files are stored in your account for up to 10 years.

PDF files that are associated with each mail piece are: proof of acceptance, proof of delivery, and if requested return receipt electronic with the recipients signature.

The last status column shows the date and delivery status of each mail piece. If you see request a refund in the options column, it means the mail piece has not yet been mailed or accepted by the U.S. Postal Service, so the postage cost can be refunded back to your account. This option is handy if you created a label by mistake or you decided not to send the mail piece. After processing refunds are noted in the last status column.

Another great feature is the ability to print multiple signature PDFs simultaneously. If the option column displays view signature click the check box next to each item, then click print selected items. The system combines all selected signature files into a single PDF that you can save print and even send via email.
