Welcome to SimpleCertifiedMail.com. This video will show you how to view and download Certified Mail production reports. First, log in to your account. To view a production report, go to the "reports" tab, and select "production report".

The production report lets users with administrative permissions view all the details of all mail created in an account.

You have two options to generate a production report. View a "range of dates" or a "daily recap". Today, we'll view a "range of dates".

The resulting report contains all the details on mail pieces sent during the selected date range. Each line is a mail piece and the columns display the details of each piece.

The report is wide so to see every column, you'll need to scroll to the right. If you'd like to sort and organize the report, click the "export XLS" button - the report will download to your computer. In Microsoft Excel, you can organize, sort, print, and further study the details as needed.
