  1. The prices above are for 1 oz. Certified Mail letters with USPS rates effective July 12, 2026. Each additional ounce (five pages) adds $.29. Flats and boxes above 13 oz. are mailed via Priority Mail with the Certified Mail Extra Service. Restricted Delivery adds $8.80 per piece.
  2. If your monthly volume exceeds Level 1, please contact Client Service to set level 2-4 pricing.
  3. Choose Certified to receive electronic Proof of Acceptance and Proof of Delivery via PDF files posted to your account within hours of acceptance and delivery. Choose Certified with Return Receipt to receive the USPS Return Receipt Electronic (with signature) posted to your account within hours of delivery, in place of a Green Card.
  4. We also provide print and mail services. The cost for a one-page letter adds $.43 to the prices above. Additional pages are $.13 each. Contact Client Service for details.

Certified Mail® Envelopes

Window envelopes in #10, 6"x 9" and 9" x 12" size are included in the Cost-of-Service. They  make a professional impression and are easy for the USPS equipment and mail carriers to handle. Orders normally take 3-5 business days.

Certified Mail® Labels

These Certified Mail® labels are ideal for flat and boxes. Each label measures 8½” x 5½” and is preprinted with the Certified Mail® banner. There is a $34.95 charge for each package of 200 Certified Mail labels - 100 sheets with 2 labels each.

Also supporting First-Class Mail®, Priority Mail® and Ground Advantage®

Prepare First-Class Mail®, Priority Mail®, Ground Advantage®,  and Priority Mail® Express via the SimpleCertified™ platform. For First-Class Mail we charge a 10¢ per piece transaction fee, plus the cost of these windows envelopes (100/pack).
