Instead, SimpleCertifiedMail.com runs from the Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari browsers. You simply visit the website and log in. This makes it easy to prepare and mail Certified Mail® from your office or home.

Administrative features make it easy to manage hundreds of users over many dozens of locations. Administrators set up and manage Account Groups, as well as setting privileges for specific users within the groups.

In addition, a suite of REST APIs make it easy to integrate the SimpleCertifiedMail.com services with other business applications.

Getting started is simple. There’s no software to install. No fixed monthly fees. Just a small transaction fee per piece, and we supply the Certified Mail window envelopes at no extra charge. Just tell us how many you need to get started and prefund your postage account (minimum level of $60). You’ll receive the envelopes in 3-5 days and unused postage is always refundable.
