Batch Processing Wizard now includes a smarter Delivery Point Validation process

Preparing Certified Mail cover sheets using addresses stored in Microsoft Excel files is a popular feature, and now it’s simpler and faster. The new Preview Import process, where the system automatically checks the addresses in your file against the USPS Delivery Point Validation database, now moves “problem addresses” to the top of the file and highlights what seems to be wrong, all to help you recognize the issue with each. This simplifies the process of correcting your file. You can also turn off the DPV feature if you want the Batch Process to continue without the validation step.
